The profession. Dr. Ilinca Fiser and Dr. Andrei Fiser hold the professional title of dentist (medic stomatolog), obtained in Romania, and are members of the Romanian College of Dentists (Colegiul Medicilor Stomatologi din România, CMSR). The profession is regulated by Law no. 95/2006 on healthcare reform (Title XIII) and by the Code of Ethics of the dentist (in Romanian).
The competent authority for medical practices in Bucharest is the Bucharest Public Health Directorate (Direcția de Sănătate Publică a Municipiului București), which keeps the single register of medical practices.
2. Information on the website
The texts on the website are for information only and do not replace a consultation. The treatment you need is decided by the dentist, after an examination.
3. Prices
The website shows the complete price list, in lei (RON), with the date of the last update. The final price of a treatment is confirmed by the dentist at the consultation, after an examination. The estimate calculated in the “Cost” section is indicative: it is neither a quote nor an offer (Art. 1189 of the Romanian Civil Code).
Prices do not include VAT, because medical services are exempt from VAT (Art. 292(1)(b) of the Romanian Fiscal Code).
4. Appointments
A request sent from the website is not a confirmed appointment: we call you and agree on the time together. The appointment is confirmed only after the phone conversation.
5. Rights to the content
The texts, photographs and logo on the website belong to Armina Dental or are used with the authors' consent. They may not be reproduced without our written consent, except for short quotations with an indication of the source.
6. External links
The website contains links to services of other companies (Google Maps, Waze, WhatsApp, ANPC). We are not responsible for their content or policies.
7. Liability

For consumer disputes not concerning medical treatment, you may also contact ANPC — Alternative Dispute Resolution: reclamatiisal.anpc.ro.
